I first met @baileyst.john at work on my very first day, doing my favorite thing: guessing everyone’s zodiac signs✨. She told me she was a Scorpio and mentioned the crystals and tarot deck she kept in her office. From that moment, a bond and friendship formed so effortlessly.

A couple of years after that fated meeting, Bailey shared her vision for her sacred day—a celebration of the love she and Ian share, of their community, and of tarot (a beautiful thread in their story). She dreamed of offering her guests complimentary readings through Burning Moon Collective, weaving magic and meaning into their wedding day.

To hold space for that vision, and to witness the energy and love surrounding their union, was an honor beyond words and a true privilege. September 14th will forever be Camp Scorpio Day in my heart 🦂💜.

Something shifts when the heat and days linger longer. I find myself happily returning to my outside rituals — morning walks, stretching barefoot in the backyard, smoke rising and dancing with the wind as I cleanse, my instruments soaking in the sun, their frequency sounding just a little sweeter.

This season brings me back to my senses. The way the sun kisses my skin and shows me mercy — reminding me how soft and alive I really am. Like my garden, I crave to grow wild again — to be nurtured by warmth, breath, water, and light.

Neighbors move slower. Windows open. The air thick with the rhythm of laughter, of play, and of memories that have yet to be made.

I give thanks for the long nights ahead, the weekends beyond the city, the way community comes alive in the fire.

And I thank winter too — for holding us through the stillness, so we could arrive here, remembering how to love every season we become.

This past weekend was a reflection of just that. @theamanieffect_yi and I held space for deep intention-setting and healing at Spring Awakening, a sound bath & journaling experience, and celebrated 20 years of @planetbotanix —a space that has nurtured so many, myself included. 🌿💛

Planet Botanix is where Burning Moon Collective first laid its roots, a home for almost three years now, and in that time, I’ve been honored to witness so many of you bloom and flourish alongside me.

The Spring Equinox reminds us to embrace the dance of polarities—the melting snow and its quiet return, the pause before new buds burst open, the light stretching longer while shadows still hold us. This season teaches us harmony, the balance of decay and growth, dark and light, in ways that support our becoming.

Eternally grateful for 2024! This year was one of personal growth, introspection, and, most importantly, FAITH. While I didn’t get to post all the moments I experienced, 2024 was one of my busiest years yet! I once thought that in order for my community to embrace my “woo woo” self, I needed to constantly be plugged in, posting, and showing up. But it was in the quiet moments—those times when someone said, “Oh, my friend told me I HAD to come to you!” or “I found your website/card and was drawn to your energy,” in the silent tears shared, deep laughs and long hugs—that I felt the deepest connection to myself, my purpose, and my community.

Whether we connected through DMs, at an event or a market, or inside @planetbotanix , I’m so grateful for every path that crossed mine this year. 2024 was also a year of rest, shedding, releasing, and reinvention—of solitude, deep study, and reimagining how I could show up as the most aligned version of myself to continue being a vessel of healing for others. I think I had the best summer yet and got to be surrounded by so much genuine love! Your patience, trust, and unwavering support helped me through it all. And trust me, I heard you and what more you want 👀🤞🏾

As we step into 2025 and prepare for a Universal Year 9, I can’t wait to share what I’ve been working on. To every person, space, and business that held space for my growth and dreams, and to everyone who loves me and my work fully—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Hi Insta, I missed ya! Where have I been? I’ve been within myself. I’ve been journeying in corners of my soul that felt unfamiliar, fragmented and at times lost. I disconnected to fully commit to letting go of the things that no longer served me and rewire my connections. Connection with nature, with God, friends and family. I’ve been loving music, movement, meditation, most importantly myself. Loving love and celebrating joy. I’ve been falling in love with my passions, with food, and through this process, I’ve been realigning with my higher purpose and self in ways I could never imagine!

My awakening shook my world for the better! Burning moon Collective is the outcome of my journey so far. When I found sound healing and Reiki, this page was asking to be reintroduced, for me to re-introduce myself. To introduce this space as one for community. This is where I’ll share all the tips and tricks and support you step into your soul's purpose through spiritually infused practices. I’ve been (re)learning that the path to Self is always more powerful with the support and presence of others and I hope to create space for that to happen. I can’t wait to post more on here, for real! See you soon xoxo
