Service Description
This deeply healing session begins with a guided meditation, inviting you to center and relax into the present moment. The soothing, transformative power of sound is then amplified as each instrument is infused with Reiki energy, creating a harmonious flow that supports deep emotional release, relaxation, and energetic alignment. As the sound bath unfolds, the vibrations of the instruments work in tandem with the Reiki energy, clearing blockages, balancing your chakras, and promoting a deep sense of peace. The session is personalized to your needs, with the energy shifting and flowing in response to what your body and spirit require in the moment. To close, you’ll receive a mini-Reiki session to further ground your energy and deepen the healing experience. The session concludes with grounding techniques, bringing you back into the present moment, followed by Reiki-charged water, offered to you as a tool to support your continued healing after the session. This powerful combination of Reiki and sound allows for deep inner work, relaxation, and energetic realignment, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and empowered.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy for Energy Healing Services Thank you for choosing Burning Moon Collective for your healing experience. To ensure the best service for all our clients, please read the booking and cancellation policies. To secure your in person session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from the total session fee, and the balance is due upon arrival. All virtual appointments must be paid in full online prior to the session. ________________________________________ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We require notice for cancellations to respect each other's time and energy. For Individual Sessions: • 24-48 hours notice: Deposit can be applied to a future session. • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Deposit forfeited and can’t be used for future sessions. Late rescheduling may incur a fee or loss of deposit. Groups failing to cancel within the required timeframes will owe the full balance. ________________________________________ Late Arrivals Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in, find parking, and prepare for your session. Sessions will still conclude at the scheduled time. Outstanding Balances Balances must be settled before or on the day of the session. Private gatherings and corporate events must pay in full within 30 days of the event. Unpaid balances may result in denial of future services. Payment Methods We accept: Cash,Debit, PayPal, and most major credit cards • E-transfer: info@burningmooncollective.com Note: Debit and credit card payments incur additional fees from Square or POS. ________________________________________ Refunds Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future sessions as agreed upon.
