Cancellation Policy

We’re so excited to share this experience with you! To help everything flow smoothly and honor everyone’s time, please read the details below before booking: 1. Payment: Your spot is secured once full payment is received. Online payments must be made in full, and e-transfers can be sent to info@burningmooncollective.com . 2. Final Sale : All bookings are final and non-refundable. Thank you for understanding that these gatherings require advance planning and preparation. 3. Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Because sessions run back-to-back, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time in their reserved slot. 4. Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit given the nature of the event. Should someone else cancel and we are able to fit you in, we will try but there are no guarantees. 5. Sharing Your Spot: Can’t make it? You’re welcome to gift or transfer your time slot to someone else. Just ensure the person attending brings your original confirmation email, and all of the above guidelines will still apply.
